I absolutely love my new apartment at The Villages! From the moment I moved in, it felt like home, modern, clean, and filled with natural light. But the highlight for me is hands down the roof deck lounge. It’s my go-to spot to unwind after a long day or catch a sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand. The views are breathtaking, and the vibe up there is always peaceful and inviting. Whether I’m relaxing solo, reading a book, or hanging out with friends under the string lights, it’s become my favorite part of the entire building. The setup is perfect, comfortable seating, cozy fire pits, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re on vacation every day. Living here has seriously elevated my lifestyle, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to call The Villages home. I truly feel lucky to live here.

Awesome!!!!! Great place to live! Folks in the office are always helpful and nice! Love the gym and pool area! Nice area lots of shops and movie theater!

Love it here, staff is great Maintenance team is always so helpful. I thought it would be a lot louder living here but it is actually quite peaceful

The leasing agent Sterlee was great during our transfer this past month. Loving our new two bedroom apartment. Maintenance fixed our kitchen sink leak immediately.
