Great place to stay and hangout. Location is quiet and everyone is so friendly. I love the theater that is near our place as well as the little convenience store.

Most things around the house are taken care of very rapidly by the requests department! I think things to improve are definitely the quality of the equipment at the gym studio and hopefully this internet fiber can get started up!

I just leased an apartment here at the Villages and so far my stay has been great. There's lots of nice amenities and the community feels very safe and fun.

Good community building with events and pet friendly. Units are located in different areas with a unique feel for all of them. Downside would be units where parking in the garage requires more walking than others but not a huge issue.

It's a great place to live great staff great community very clean very safe the apartments are great it's a very nice place to live the pool is always clean the stoves are always stocked with propane

I’ve been happy with their consistency. They have a lot of residents to take care of so it’s ok if from time to time if they are always available to resolve any issues. Maintenance gets 5 stars, they are quick to handle any issue. Finally and most importantly, Jurema, (sorry if misspelled) is one of the best of not the best leasing manager there is. I’ll never forget what she did for me due the pandemic.
